Photo and fun overload

Ok ok,so I am the world’s worst regular blogger…but I have all the best intentions in the world. Promise ๐Ÿ™‚

Anyway today I have some photo overload for you all out there in the scrappy/crafty world.

If your a local (And a non local too) you probably have heard that OUR local scrap store Scrapbook Paradise has moved to a bigger brighter shop and we have more room to scrap up a storm on our scrap Saturdays and in the classes. I decided to follow Donna along to one of her classes she took to see how she dealt with the time management :)…we are always learning right ๐Ÿ™‚ Donna has been in big demand for classes on “the book” that is on display in Scrapbook Paradise. It is full of Tim Holtz goodness and total ink/die/emboss over load. And of course I couldn’t just go down and watch so I played, got a little inky and took some neat photo’s of the crafty talent in her class. Here is a quick glance at the happenings on this night.

Aren’t those inky hands fantastic???? If you wanna have a lookie at all Donna’s other creations and happenings at Scrapbook Paradise have a look on Donna’s blog

Last week I ran my creative canvas class inspired by Tim Holtz and some fab creations out there in the scrappy world too. Cant find the original link so if anyone has seen it let me know so I can link up.

I had a fab bunch of creative ladies with me on Wedneday night and here is what they all got up too. I so love how everyone added their own touch and style to it makingย  them look so amazing. A few went home to work on it more so I can’t wait to see updated pictures too. My canvas is in the pictures too. Sorry some of the photo’s show wet glossy accent, and they were taken at 9 at night ๐Ÿ™‚

So much fun is to be had in these classes so if you wanna see what Elena, Donna and myself are up too, pop into the shop or make sure your on Elena’s emailing list to get class and goodie updates ๐Ÿ™‚

Here is a wee peek view at what LO’s I have been creating for some classes to come…dates still to be set so if your interested…like above , get in to check them out irl. They are 4 totally different styles and so much fun to make.

On friday just beenย  Lydia had a crafty night with some fun ladies and I was invited to come along and play too. Lydia even managed to get one newbie to get crafting for the first time ever so that was fun introducing someone too our loved craft. The other fab ladies where all getting inky, distressed, sticky and giggly with crafty fun too. Was such a fun night and I can’t wait to invade Lydia’s house again with this group of ladies and possibly some more:) With the wee rut I have been in, I really did wonder if I could pull anything off but I am pleased to say I managed two LO’s before I had to retire for the night as I had work in Scrapbook Paradise the next day.

This is what I came up with…I love these cute photo’s of Charli…she is such a pose in front of the camera when she is in the mood.

and this next one is about my two favourite men in my life. Matt was teaching Cam how to fish for the first time when we were holidaying in Twizel over the new year. I just love this photo, the boys, the view and peace it portrays. Plus it just shouts Memory!!!

I so can’t wait to go back to Twizel again with my family. It’s just such a beautiful relaxed little town where I just want to make more memories for them all.

If you have made it this far then well done.. … hopefully see you around soon
