Some more Art Journal pieces.

Last night I went around to Donna’s house for a little scrapping. I took my canvas pad paper and paints and got majorily messy again.

But so much fun. I have decided to make a journal with my canvas pages …not clues on what will fill it but this is what i completed last night

I used one of Donna’s “dolly mumma” stamps. I so loved this one, and it totally fits me right now.

And my second page…..

Using TH’s stamps, outline of the dress from die and loads of paint , textured moulding paste plus some random materials I had lying around my box of goodies…then added some doodling onto the page and mini alphas. I think this one was my fav of the night.

Well night for now, just a quick post while I remembered these were on the camera.

If any readers out there have been doing and Art journaling or “she art”, please leave me a link as I would love to learn some more from you all and see what you are all up too 🙂

Happy crafting all

  1. love the quote on the second one….i still have empty canvas’s…shit all free time (thanks school, lol)….and i missed out on the house. one day, but i live through your creations!

  2. these are yummy, and the photos don’t show all the amazing detail in texture lynne put into them. can’t wait to see this journal complete. lol you left your gesso and canvas at mine 🙂

  3. Very cool Lynne! I love the second one, but the first one gave me a chuckle. I can relate to the stamped qoute on the first about the body falling apart. Donna Downey created a canvas page book a while back. She works for Prima Designs. I can’t wait to see the finished product. Well done!
